Cancellation Policy Cancellations made within less than 48 hours notice will result in a 75% cancellation fee based on the total cost of the booked service. Same-day cancellations or no-shows will be charged 100% of the service total. Cancellation fees are charged to the card on file or must be paid before booking any future appointment. Deposits A 50% deposit is required for all appointments and will be applied toward your service total. Deposits are non-refundable unless the appointment is cancelled more than 48 hours in advance. Clients who cancel or no-show without proper notice may be required to pay the full amount up front for future bookings. Rescheduling Policy You may reschedule once if notice is given at least 48 hours in advance. If you reschedule on a rescheduled appointment it will be a cancellation and forfeit of your previous deposit. Rescheduling with less than 48 hours’ notice is considered a cancellation.
